Returns and Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If the product does not fit or if you received a damaged item, you can initiate an exchange within this window.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange
- Share a photo of the product (and the defect, if applicable)
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the replacement will be dispatched
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
Refunds
We do not offer refunds at this time. All eligible requests will be processed as exchanges for the same product in a different size or as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
